What NOT to wear

Don't get me wrong, I like to look nice when I go to the skating rink. Some people consider it like a club. I will wear my cute shirt, my fitted jeans, and until I put my skates on, matching heels. However, skating is really great cardio and you will sweat; you may fall!
Also, every rink has these lockers available to rent. So you can put your personal belongings away for only 50 cents. (sarcasm)
I would like to recommend items that should be left in your locker (or just at home) :
skirts
any and all bags
extremely large earrings
cell phone
purses
YOUR SHOES (come people, 50 cents)
your dog in the car (guiltyyyy)
your infant child

Move !@#$%, get out the way!

It doesn't matter if you are a celebrity skater or a regular from the neighborhood, THE OUTSIDE OF THE SKATING FLOOR IS DESIGNATED TO FAST SKATERS ONLY!!! This rule has applied for decades. Now if you are new, or feel like you have to hold on to the wall to make a complete circle, this roast isn't for you. We are just concerned for your safety and don't want you to get ran over. HOWEVER, if you know better, but your ego makes you feel like you have the right to inconvenience everyone else by skating really slow.... RollerChick says, get the F out of the way!

The MF MUSIC?!?

Why do we pay for the same, old, predictable skating sessions with the hopes that we can hear at least 8 songs that we really like?!? How many great skating songs are there? A lot. So... I hope you get my point.

There are just too many absolutely wonderful skating songs, fast and slow, that would make you go completely wild when you hear it!!! So why do we have to pay for garbage? Stop paying for garbage?
